Fiberglass Console for Alpine B200 Nav Unit - How-To

by CAE, Aug 01, 2008

In this project, we'll create a custom fiberglass console for an Alpine B200 portable navigation unit, known as Blackbird, in the factory pocket of a '07 Nissan Titan. I have access to many resources at Sounds Unlimited in Danville, VA, but this simple project doesn't require many tools, so it's practical for a do-it-yourselfer to undertake. When finished, this custom portable navigation system will look like it came from the factory, but you'll still have the option to undock the unit and transfer it to another vehicle.
